The food is great and tasty, not too greasy for fast food, and they offer healthier choices like unsweetened ice tea. There is an abundance of sauces to try and the waffle potato fries and fantastic - served hot too! The staff have been polite and the service is so efficient. I love it! Will drop by Chick-fil-A every time I visit LA!

My favorite fast food. Great location, plenty of outdoor seating and excellent service. Drive through is fast and plenty of metered parking usually available on Sunset.

On this visit, I had the deluxe sandwich combo and it was great! The sandwich was a lot bigger than I thought it would be - I have huge hands, and it took both hands to handle. Sometimes you can handle a sandwich with one hand, but not this one. The waffle fries are OK, may need a bit more salt and to be a little more crunchy - but, that's to taste. At this location, there is only outdoor seating. Also, unlike other locations, they don't have sauces out for grabbing, instead, upon ordering you are asked which of their all so yummy sauces you want.

Many people swear by Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwiches but I do not see why. They are Okay but sort of just average as far as I am concerned. I can think of several other fast food places (who don't specialize in chicken) that have better chicken sandwiches. There is only outdoor seating at this location and they also have a very busy drive thru that often extends its line out onto the side street you enter the drive thru from. Also keep in mind that this location sits caddy corner from a High School which means that the line to order your food during the weekday lunch rush can be very long.

I go to this location often as it is down the street from my work. I usually go for breakfast; as nothing in the world beats that chicken biscuit with honey! Also really like the waffle fries and the shakes are good. The food is very consistent and orders are correct. The service is prompt as well. Really my only gripe is the folks working the window, I mean some are quite nice. About 50%. The other half act as if you just interrupted a conversation they were having and they want you to just disappear.

One of the smaller Chick-Fil-A locations--this was a "carl's jr., Jr' before i believe. The quality is consistent with all the other chick-fil-a locations--that is, awesome chicken sandwich with 2 slices of pickles, waffle fries, old fashioned lemonade, and ice dream. Between this and the in-n-out down the street, your fast food options in Hollywood are covered.

I went and only had three heart attacks today, which believe me is a good day, but I did notice that the advertisements seemed oddly racially influenced as well as all around deceiving. This was much like the disappointment of taco bell, as they did not have "Moma's cookin", but overall not a bad experience.

Having a Chick Fil A by USC is a Godsend in a general cesspool of horrible fast food that plagues South LA. You already know what to expect, so I won't spend too much time talking about the food. My go to usually consists of 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, a large fries, a milkshake, & 3-4 Chick Fil A sauce packets. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The best part is how consistent the food is. It's never lost its quality in all the times I've been there. The staff & management is very friendly & responsive. This branch has a lot of deals & giveaways. Perfect for the college budget. There's generally plenty of ample seating, but if can be kind of tight. There's parking at the Lorenzo.
