Fear I believe is an
elusive emotion. The fear of unknown is so intangible yet has the power of
crushing ones spirit indefinitely. I have succumbed to this fear countless
number of times. Being bold, talking a risk and venturing in to an unknown territory
There is something magical about space. We all need it. We
need space in a relationship, living space and in general no one likes the
feeling of being congested. Having your own little space brings in a sense of
solitude, peace and serenity. Sometimes
As a scientist I spend most of my time trying to understand natures deepest darkest secrets.Nature has worked hard to create a perfectly synchronized life for us and trying to unravel those perfectly synchronized events is very exciting. I believe cooking is a science with its own set of cosmic secrets waiting to be unraveled. I cook with my instincts breaking culinary barriers and mixing ingredients serendipitously in hopes of creating a culinary masterpiece. I take something I grew up on like the age old Indian spices and add them to an unfamiliar vegetable like Brussels sprouts. Cooking this way is liberating and fascinating.
I am blessed with a rambunctious little guy, who loves to cook with me and calls me the best cook in the whole wide world. He is the one who taught me to follow my instincts, take a risk and have fun.
Through this space I hope to take you on a culinary expedition where ingredients break barriers and come together in a synchronized serendipitous scrumptious manner and of course my own naïve perspectives on this wonderful journey called life.
