Our company was happy to support the 98.3 FLY FM Toy Drive today. Lots of fun shopping for toys and remembering the excitement of being a kid on Christmas morning.

Paying property taxes through your mortgage is an easy way to ensure you have enough money put aside for your taxes.

Another great way to pay property taxes is to get setup on the City of Kingston's automated payment plan. Payments are withdrawn from your account monthly so you don't need to think about it...and don't have to deal with large tax bills twice per year.

Most people know this already but it's worth repeating. If you don't already pay your mortgage bi-weekly, you may want to consider it. By paying bi-weekly, you will reduce a regular 25 year amortization to just over 22 years. You will save a significant amount of interest and shave 3 years off your mortgage.

Most people don't notice any difference paying bi-weekly versus monthly. It's definitely worth considering. If you would like us to run some numbers for you, please don't hesitate to ask.
