Waldorf, MD is a community just 30 miles south of our Nation’s Capital.  As a result, about 70% of the dealership’s sales, service and collision department employees were once sub-contractors to the federal government.  This class was a strong representation of this unique employment pool.  Not only did The Manus Group lend a helping hand to fulfill the needs of Waldorf Toyota, but there were enough highly qualified candidates to choose from that two sister stores were able to benefit as well.

New England is where the fight for our freedom as a nation started and the spirit of teamwork still rings true. The management team at Herb Chambers commented that during the interview process, the candidates spoke highly about each other and it became apparent they had spent many hours supporting each other during the learning process.  In just a few short days, they had already formed a close and cohesive team.  The General Manager was not only impressed with this demonstration of team work, but also the integrity the candidates demonstrated during the interview process.   Teamwork starts with lending a helping hand, something The Manus Group does every day for dealerships nationwide!
