Her 8-week online Ending Emotional Eating program includes EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) for fast results. Kathryn's gone from a low of 118 to a high of 218 pounds and today easily maintains the 80 pound weight loss she achieved over 22 years ago using the techniques included in her online weight loss course. One More Bite's site is full of articles, tips and inspiration.
Kathryn understands the struggle of losing weight and how it feels to wake up every day thinking, "Today is the day I'm going to start eating right," then later that same day, "Tomorrow. I'll start tomorrow."
Kathryn first studied weight loss when running her store, Bushel & Peck Produce, in the early 1980s. She studied nutrition and fitness, strength training, herbology and was introduced to NLP. She became a Master NLP Practitioner in the late 90s and was introduced to EFT shortly thereafter. "EFT is the glue that holds it all together," says Kathryn. EFT is easy to learn and use and for something like weight loss that requires diligent practice, EFT is the best tool.
Kathryn also offers in-person workshops, tele-seminars and one-on-one private weight loss coaching. Called the "Weight Loss Lady," she gets results when all else has failed.
