These guys are great. I was just telling my wife this morning, after we dropped off our Caravan for brake work, that it's great to be able to trust a mechanic. They do work on time, and last time I took another car in (a BMW), they had planned to do some maintenance and change the spark plugs but told me when I returned that it wasn't necessary to change the plugs. Been going to Harris Tire since the 1980s and certainly plan to keep it up. Miss the old management (where's Bob?), but John's a terrific manager, too.
