Tried it first time last night. Loved it. Lechon Asado con tostones. Not sure if Boulder can handle authenticity. Last review is a typical privileged Boulderite douch bag review.

I came to this restaurant hungry for a cubano sandwich. I ordered one and paid for it. This is why I hate paying for stuff before I get it. They man behind the counter took my money and as soon as the transaction was complete turned around and started talking with his buddy in the kitchen. While they laughed and talked in their native tongue ( completely alienating me) I noticed some pretty questionable sanitation practices. So while they are laughing and alienating me, I am sitting there wondering what the heck they are doing to my sandwich. Got a refund and I will not be returning. Do not go here! spend your money somewhere else.

Best cuban sandwich and plantains I've found in the Boulder area. Has all the decor details of a good cuban sandwich shop too, including pineapple coconut soda and sangria. Great outdoor lunch counter to sit at in nice weather - just wish the view was better.

First time I tried to order, equipment was broken so my sandwich could not be made and delivered. Second time around my order is processed as pick up and not delivery after waiting an hour I call Cuba Cuba and for some reason my order could not be delivered... Really bad communication and problem solving skills. One star is generous if you ask me.

Cafe con leche is great. I bought a brick of the coffee as well. Love the pescado sandwich. Hate coleslaw but that spicy citrus slaw is the bomb. And have to get a side of garlic string fries.

Well, I am home sick from work after eating hear yesterday. I got a cubano and it was cold. Cheese wasnt melted and was 3 or 4 slices thick. Was more greasy than McDonalds and tasted about as bad.
