Most people might go for the Cuban sandwich by default, but I love the Pan con Lechón sandwich. It's a slow roasted pork sandwich with slaw on top. Very tasty! The plates are a great choice too.

Tried it first time last night. Loved it. Lechon Asado con tostones. Not sure if Boulder can handle authenticity. Last review is a typical privileged Boulderite douch bag review.

Yum. Coming back from a week in Miami I can honestly say this is authentic style Cuban and the pork is better. Sandwiches are excellent and the plates are great if you prefer a fork. The plantains are amazing. Cafe con leche was good, but that's one thing I found better in Miami. They use authentic espresso, it's just not as sweet.

Best cuban sandwich and plantains I've found in the Boulder area. Has all the decor details of a good cuban sandwich shop too, including pineapple coconut soda and sangria. Great outdoor lunch counter to sit at in nice weather - just wish the view was better.

The Cubano sandwich is good, lots of cheese and pickles. Nice outdoor seating as well!

I like the original restaurant in Denver very much. This one, not so much.

Cafe con leche is great. I bought a brick of the coffee as well. Love the pescado sandwich. Hate coleslaw but that spicy citrus slaw is the bomb. And have to get a side of garlic string fries.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and reminiscent of Cuba. Food was great. Will visit again. Also Plantains!
