In Thailand it pays to be curious, to eat new things. It’s not that I’m opposed to the Thai food classics; there’s a very good reason why a perfect green curry or a sharp som tum remain so popular — they’re delicious. But this is a country where eating is a national pastime. http://bit.ly/1G30sQA
