Work Completed Date:

Description Of Work:
Complete interior painting of a 2,700 sq ft home, exterior paint of home, garage, entire brick wall encompassing 1/3 acre of property. Work included all preparation of walls, molding, trim interior and exterior, as well as repairs of defects caused by a prior vendor. In addition, fabrication of custom designed passage doors from garage to pool area, and main entrance to backyard, and other misc carpentry and door hardware adjustments.
Fox Bros. are professional, not only in the work process, but in communication as well. The scope of our project required that they be on premises for almost a month, even with a substantial work crew. During that time they were timely, respectful of our property, courteous, on time, thorough and well organized. Communication was ongoing and concise. We are value rather than price shoppers, looking for excellent quality at a fair price. While Fox Bros were at the higher end of the proposals that we entertained, they were, therefore, competitive, well within range and we believe fairly priced. They understood the challenges that they would encounter in our home and what would be required to achieve the desired end result. The work lived up to our expectations and standards. While as in any project of this scope, there are going to be oversights and misses, Fox Bros were more than willing to step up to the plate and make the proper adjustments on a timely basis
We have additional work to do once the exterior hardscape and landscape work that we are doing is complete, and we are looking forward to having Fox Bros. back.
Our advice is; hire them, allow them to exercise their expertise, check progress on a regular basis, ask your questions, communicate your needs. Be fair, do not nickel and dime these guys to death, if you must do that, hire another kind of contractor. They do top end work.
