Today's workout I accomplished a long time REP PR of 315LBS for 3 solid reps. The new lifting briefs from Titan Support Systems, Inc. really assists me in that they save my hips from being crushed when going for the heavier lifts. Without them, I'm left walking funny for days after and hips sore as hell. I am so happy I got this just a few weeks before turning 56.
Lifts So Far:
265 Bench (2017 - 2018 est. 270lbs)
335 Squat (2017 - 2018 yet to come)
425 Deadlift up 15 pounds from last year
Total 1025
Goal: 1000LBS total powerlifting mock-meet
