I have never stayed at a hotel that was more professional, friendly and comfortable. The location is perfect, with the Metro and bus stop right across the street. They also had a few restaurants on the same street. From the moment I walked in on the first day, they were very friendly, and went above and beyond to make my week vacation in Paris one to remember. They offered assistance in all the tourists stuff, from locating sights on their maps, finding the fastest or cheapest way to get somewhere, and what sights were "must see". And, they were spot on every time.

My father in law was nice enough to hook us up with points to stay at the hotel, so I can't complain about the price. It's a little out of the way, but access to the Metro is right across the street. We only stayed one night at the end of our trip. It's a nice hotel - clean, convenient. The rooms are modern, but the view is not of the nicest part of Paris. The shower is awkward to get into and out of. I also do not like hotels that don't have free WiFi. Why is it that more expensive hotels don't offer this as a complimentary amenity? Would consider staying here again, but in Paris there are many, many more charming options - and many of them have free WiFi.

Don't miss this opportunity! Amazing staff, even when really needy Americans are holding up the lines with stupid questions, this hotel and staff are great. Mr. Phillip at the concierge desk made my little girl's 10th birthday so special, I hope they pay this man well! Same goes for the other staff. I have a Marriott credit card and rewards account, I will always use both. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring 2013 we chose this hotel because it was the only one we could find in Paris with a room (junior suite) large enough for 3 adults and a child. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel. The rooms are large. The staff is friendly. The location isn't near any tourist attraction, but it is equally close to nearly all tourist attractions. We used taxis to get around and always paid in the range from 8 to 14 euros. The Executive Lounge is well stocked for breakfast and other snacks. The restaurant is quite good. But there were also some bad points: When we arrived at 1pm we were told that our room would be available at 2pm, but it wasn't available until 3:15pm. (The customer relations person apologized and promised to compensate me with a lot of Marriott points.) When we left, we made a reservation for a car to the airport for 70 euros, but the car didn't show up so we had to get a taxi instead. (I hope to get my 70 euros back.) The Executive Lounge says that breakfast starts at 6:30am, but actually that's when they start putting out food, and breakfast isn't really ready until 7am. The card keys don't work reliably, so we often had to travel up and down in the elevator several times before we could successfully choose the floor we wanted. Finally, the view from the room was panoramic but uninteresting.

We stayed here recently during our visit to Paris. The hotel was modern and conveniently located to many sites in Paris. The staff was very friendly an spoke fluent English. The hotel was right between two Metro stops - St. Jacques and Glaciere - so getting around the city was easy. There are several restaurants right around the hotel that were very good as well.
