Welcome to Vancouver real estate! It was fun to do this story, and meeting the main character, who welcomed me into her (very large) house in West Vancouver. Chinese investment is an intriguing social phenomenon on the West Coast, and it was good to get a chance to flesh out the topic with my esteemed colleague Brent Jang.
