John Howie's "outstanding" Bellevue seafooder is a "definite keeper" to admirers of his "stellar" takes on the "freshest" catch; though prices are "expensive", the oyster shucking and sushi making at the raw bars are a "show in itself", while "high-end service" and an "airy", modern space filled with "swells" complete the "upscale" package.
Excellent crab cake 10/10
Grilled and chilled cocktail shrimp was pretty good
Probably shouldn't have gotten the kalb short ribs at a sea food place.

Where to start? It must be the lemon drop martinis - icy cold, crisply executed, and citrusy divine. The night only got better - the sushi was amazing, with tightly rolled pieces, spicy seafood, and of course, outstanding presentation with over-sized pottery and intriguing sauces. The final act was the sea salt encrusted truffles... to die for. Seastar, you are a girl's best friend!
