One of the first places I remember eating when I moved to Seattle proper. While they cater to tourists locals get the right treatment. Stump is my favorite waiter and is fun and knowledgeable. Food has never been even mediocre and we eat here often. Even desert to go a few times when we has the munchies. :)

My family and I (four people) ate here while vacationing in Seattle, and this was easily our favorite restaurant. All of the food arrived quickly, even though the place was completely full. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the seafood tasted fresh. Our waitress was fantastic, and even arranged for a shuttle to take us back to our hotel once we were done. Definitely recommend this!

The food was delicious and our waitress was excellent. The prices were decent but on the high end for what we ordered. This is not a typical crab's a white tablecloth kind of classy restaurant. This is the type of place you would take a date to and feel comfortable. I would have given this place 5 stars but it took over an hour and a half to get our food and we even had reservations. But, the food was delicious when it arrived and our waitress was always very attentive to our needs.

We had dinner at Cutters. Ryan was exceptionally helpful - steering us not only to great menu choices, but also to a number of local attractions. The halibut cheeks were perfectly prepared with a wonderful, crisp exterior and firm, yet moist, interior and slightly citrus sauce. The scallops with pulled pork risotto had a great balance of flavors. We will be back!

The salmon was overdone. The sushi order was wrong. The key lime pie was the taste and consistency of Yoplait yogurt. View and atmosphere were wonderful just a misfire on the dining aspect.

Quality was less than we expected. For the price paid I expected anything on the menu to be pretty tasty, but both my wife and my entrees had something to be desired. The service was not bad, but again was not what was expected given the apparent quality level of the establishment. Not necessarily the restaurant's fault, but the views of the drug addicts on the southeast side doesn't do wonders for the ambiance. Overall, for how much we paid I will not be giving them another try.

For the price, I just wasn't impressed. I had to assume I was paying for the view. I ordered Salmon at lunch, which cost me $25. It was very small, raw on the inside and came with an assortment of vegetables that didn't really jive well with the salmon except the roasted tomatoes and potatoes. I can't began to tell you all the better places I've had salmon...chilis, red lobster, lol..for real. My friend ordered a shrimp dish and they said it would be 4 shrimp, but there was only 3 and they were small, about 3 inches. They were butterflied and he said they were good, but for $22 it definitely wasn't worth it. Overall left me with the feeling that I just wasted my money on what was suppose to be very nice lunch. Seattle has much much better seafood.

Excellent food, incredible service, amazing views - not much more you could ask for. It seems the biggest critique about Cutters is the price, which I could see an argument for, but for everything I mentioned I think it was well worth it.
