Good food. Great service. Very fast plates. Good ambiance. Had the salmon and it was amazing. Boyfriend had the pork chop and that was amazing too! Heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella was on point. Great date place!

I held a banquet here and upon arriving everything was set up nicely. Our food came out in a timely fashion. The food was amazing. I had the filet mignon, and it was so tender and the seasoning was very tasty. For dessert, the flourless cake was out of this world amazing! The wait staff was very good with catering to any needs my party had. I will say, however, planning the party was a little bit of a nightmare. The event coordinator stopped responding to me about two weeks before my party. From that point on, I had to call the restaurant and speak with the manager about anything I wanted done. He handled the situation, but because of that I feel like a little things were different. I requested the cute patio, but we were placed in one of the event rooms (which online look stuffy but it was actually quite nice). Because of the service I received upon arriving, I am giving a 4.

Ask for Phil or Todd, they are the best waiters there, all food is awesome and try to save room for dessert!

I rarely write excellent for anything but our lunch was amazing. service was attentive but not pushy. decor lovely and the light up backscreen menus were a nice twist for low lighting.

I've been to Bistro Mezzaluna three times, twice for dinner with my wife at the old location and once with two coworkers for lunch at the new. I had a good time with the Mrs. both times at the old location and loved the food and ambiance. Visited the new location and loved the redesign... but the service received was the worst I have ever received, EVER! I decided to have two of my fellow coworkers to lunch on 04 Jan 2013 and had a difficult time getting a waiter to the table. One arrived after about 10-15 minutes, took our drink order along with our meal order, and said he would bring bread. 10-15 minutes later, said bread arrived (after the waiter stopped by to inquire if we needed anything). After another 15 minutes, we inquired about our meal, and was told it would arrive shortly. After another 15 minutes, and multiple disregarded inquiries to the waiter about our meal, the couple behind us who arrived 15 minutes prior RECEIVED THEIR MEALS. This infuriated my lunch guests, one of which demanded to speak with the management. We spoke with someone, who claimed to be the owner, who briefly apologized for the delay, and said our meal would be out shortly, and wished us a Happy New Year. Another 10 minutes passed, and the we again inquired about our meals, the owner came back again, and said they would be out shortly. My lunch guest got a call from work and we had to leave, within 3 minutes of this call (before we could contact the waiter), our food finally arrived (over an hour since arrival at the restaurant). We asked that they pack the food to go, this was met by the owner, again, hastily, wishing us a Happy New Year. While my lunch guests (both black women) were frustrated and complained about racism, I am hopeful that they are wrong... and they just had a bad day. But from the lack of a quality response from the owner, and the fact they didn't comp the ruined $60 lunch for 3, doubts continue to linger in my mind. Great food, Great Ambiance, Regrettable Service

Their happy hour isn't bad, but it doesn't counter it's other faults. Your money can be better spent.
