Starting from today there is a new option in ‎chat‬! Customers can add their name, phone number and e-mail address before starting chat. This will help with recognizing the ‎customer‬ as well as ease ‪‎communication‬ with them.

Did you know that oFeatures has a branding functionality? You can adjust the mailing content and set a logo for features such as ‪Chat‬, ‪Contact‬ ‪Form‬ and ‪‎Support‬ ‪‎Ticket‬ ‪System‬. You can add a logo to appear in these features by going to the feature's Settings and next the Branding tab.
