How not to use an online dating site? Mass message all potential mates. Sound really smart doesn't? Make one umbrella message then send it to 50 women, sit back, and wait for the replies to start rolling in. Of course, your message will reach lots of targets but it will just be seen as annoying spam, and annoying spam get's deleted. Quality over content is the rule. Pick one person you like, read their profile and craft a message meant for them. Show them that you are interested in them and not just in the idea of getting a date.

Single over 40? You don't have to be. More and more people of that age and over are realising that online dating is here for good. There is no stigma around it anymore. But maybe you think it's for tech savvy teens. No... let's just say if you can operate a computer mouse or can tap a smartphone screen, consider yourself tech savvy - if that's the term you want. Bottomline: there are user-friendly dating sites that even your great-grandma can use without summoning your help. All you have to do tap, click or slide.
