Even the salad was exceptional. We had great service and the food was amazing. The big stack was a unique and delicious take on the traditional southern fried green tomato. I had the mahi-mahi on pasta with buerre blanc sauce, YUMMY, and the sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had. We will be back.

If you want good fried Southern seafood, don't go to Flounders. The seafood platters that they sell are skimpy and way $24.99 for a piece of fish, maybe 4 shrimp, 4 oysters, and a tiny cup of slaw. And they don't even have scallops on the menu anywhere. The whole time my family was there, sand was blowing into the restaurant off the beach getting into everyone's eyes. Just a bad dining experience all around. Folks, do yourselves a favor and either go down the street to Duffy's Seafood Shack or even better, drive up to Calabash.

Don't waste your time here. Service was ridiculously slow. Ordered blackened chicken sliders and they didn't bother to cut them apart. Way over priced for what you get. We called and they said their was no wait, now we understand why.

Terrible. We called ahead earlier in the day to make a reservations but they do not take reservations. At that time we were told that they could accomodate a large party. We were a party of 13 and arrived around 5:30. They were not very busy at the time. The menu said that cold slaw was served with the entrees that we ordered. When we ordered we were informed that they were out of cold slaw. A salad was offered as an addition to the meal for $2,49, We asked if we could get a salad to replace the cold slaw Our server asked the manager, and we were told no. Someone from the staff left the restaurant to get cold slaw and yes it was there by the time we received our food 1 hour later. My husband and I were the first ones to order and we received our order last. Almost all of the meals received were cold, partial cooked, and we were not pleased at all. You know how it is if you return your meal for any reason, you are afraid of what they will do to your meal before they return it to you so none of us complained. The restaurant is a bit pricey too for the food portions we received. The staff were young adults that really did not care if we were pleased or not from my point of view. The manager did not even come to our talbe even after I requested to speak to him. I would not recommend this restaurant at all and I will not return. We were at North Myrtle Beach for a class reunion in October 2014 of almost 300 people. Boy what a mistake on their part. They just lost a bunch of business just for this weekend along. The employees at this reataurant did nothing to encourage us to recommend anyone to visit. I will make sure that if I am asked about this restaurant, I will definitely not recommend.

This place was awesome. Second time there. Had grilled flounder sandwich. Excellent. Wasn't crowded. Sat rooftop in the sea breeze as the sun went down. Sweet tea was great. And our waitress was veey sweet. Perfect beach dinner.

Our waiter provided great service - however the Shrimp and Grits may be the worst that we ever had! and the Mai Tai taste like it was made with KoolAid. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Surprised by all negative reviews but got this as carry-out and food was great! Service seemed to be newer people because they all seemed confused when i went to pick up my order, but was impressed by food. Would go back, a bit pricey but considering location and being seafood, i expected it.

My children took the golf cart and went here for lunch. Very very busy but the food was not good and service was very sub par.
