Just came back from the Philippines. It was great visiting the homeland after a long time. Stayed at a resort-type condo in Bicutan. MOre info on the condo: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.302550920081494.1073741829.169423846727536&type=1&l=a89d624a07

Introduction
Hello WWW!

I like to be known on the web as ILoveAdobo or AdoboRepublic but you can call me Manuel or Noli (my nickname) if you're not comfortable with my internet alias.

I am of pure Pinoy roots who migrated to Canada in 96 but I travel to the Philippines once or twice a year. I will keep doing the short travels to my motherland until such time that I'd be able to live their semi-permanently on longer periods.

Visit my blog - AdoboRepublic.net to read about my rants about living in Canada and the Philippines.

Nice room we stayed at here. I find the way to the parking lot complicated, though.

Trail for biking, skating or walking. Abundant wildlife. I saw a white tail deer one early morning.

I think this museum houses a lot of surviving artifacts from the Spanish-era Manila Galleons, similar to what I saw at the Acapulco museum. Although they are not as extensive compared to what Mexico has, it is good enough proof of what I read from the history books . The garden is so serene as well and seemed like the only part of Manila where you can still experience a green environment.

Mountain bikers would really enjoy this trail right in the heart of Toronto, and so is wildlife watching.
