Your hosts are co-founders of Revitalize Yourself Retreats, fellow Brits and friends since childhood, Photographer Pauline Jennings and Yoga teacher, Coach and Hypnotist, Liz Priestley. Our small group will live in community, having most of our meals, Yoga and excursions, together as one. Pauline and Liz will show you how to creatively integrate your Yoga practice with the rhythms of nature found in the vineyards, gardens and hillside villages near Siena, known as The Pearl of Tuscany.
