Imagine yourself gazing out on the sun drenched, rolling hills of Tuscany while revitalizing and rejuvenating in the potent practice of Five Element Yoga.  Developed by Jennifer Reis, senior Kripalu Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic and Shiatsu body worker, visual artist, and Integrative Yoga Therapist, Five Element Yoga weaves together these rich and powerful traditions to explore the five elements within.  

In this practice you will move your body with yoga postures, flow with breathing, revitalize your energy with mudras, detoxify with self-massage, deeply rest and rejuvenate in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, assimilating it all within the magical ambiance of beautiful Tuscany.

 Your hosts are co-founders of Revitalize Yourself Retreats, fellow Brits and friends since childhood, Photographer Pauline Jennings and Yoga teacher, Coach and Hypnotist, Liz Priestley. Our small group will live in community, having most of our meals, Yoga and excursions, together as one. Pauline and Liz will show you how to creatively integrate your Yoga practice with the rhythms of nature found in the vineyards, gardens and hillside villages near Siena, known as The Pearl of Tuscany. We offer up to you a class on the art of Italian cooking in a local grandmother’s charming farmhouse kitchen, guided walks through the cobbled streets and piazza’s of Siena and San Gimignano, a hike or bike ride where the beauty of the land transforms your spirit, and dinner under the stars to ground you in the embrace of new friendships and common purpose.
