Soccer Games for Kids - Pass and Follow

Outline a square of about 20 yards with cones. Have a player stand at the midpoint of each sideline, and one player in the middle. The player in the middle passes the ball to a teammate, then runs to take that player's spot. The player who received the ball now passes to another teammate and runs to take that player's spot, and so on.

Soccer Games for Kids - Topple Ball

Place a soccer ball on a large cone in the center of a circle. Each player will take a turn shooting a ball, trying to knock the soccer ball off the cone. To make it more difficult, widen the circle or if the player misses, they have to sprint to retrieve their ball.

Soccer Games for Kids - Battleship

Create 2 or 3 teams and set-ups as follows: set up 4 or 5 standing cones in a row close together (or disk cones with soccer balls balanced on top of them) as the "battleship". About 10 yards away, set up a gate with 2 cones. Start the players further back from the gate. Each team's first player dribbles the ball through the gate, stops, and shoots the ball at the "battleship" trying to knock the cones over. The player retrieves their ball, dribbles back toward his teammates and passes the ball to the next player. The first team to knock down their entire "battleship" wins.

Soccer Games for Kids - Marble Soccer

Divide players into 2 teams and make sure every player has a soccer ball. Place a soccer ball (a different color or size than the other balls) in the middle which will be the "marble". Players line up on opposite sides of the field and must kick their ball to hit the "marble" towards the other end of the field. Once a player has kicked their ball, they must retrieve it and return to the sideline with their teammates and can kick again. After a predetermined amount of time, the whistle is blown, and whichever team has succeeded in getting the "marble" on the other side of the center line wins.
