aside from hard rock... this might be the longest tenured restaurant at city walk. it's pretty standard bucca fare. you can carb load before a night at universal Halloween horror nights

Ive been here twice in the last month or so and it was a horrible experience both times for the amount of money your going to pay its totally not worth it and would suggest going somewhere where you will leave happy and wanting to come back...only reason i even went a second time was because they gave me a complimentary gift card because of my horrible experience the first time. For example i ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken the server brought Fettuccine Alfredo without the chicken so we told our server and he took it back to the kitchen where the chefs corrected their mistake but when the food was brought back to us it was like the chicken they added had been sitting out since they opened and they just threw the scraps of chicken that were laying around into our pasta it was crusty and hard and almost inedible so if you want to deal with things like that all night for your evening you can go to Buca di Beppo at city walk but if you want quality service and quality food I suggest you go anywhere else but here!

Very enjoyable time at Buca. Ziti and eggplant parm were both awesome, and the portions were excessive (as to be expected). I also happened to leave some things at the table, and they were very helpful when I came back later.

Fun environment, good for small to medium groups. The price is right with generous food portions.

The food was good. The restaurant is actually larger than it appears. There are two floors, but I feel the decor is too old and I'm not a big fan of carpet flooring, because it can look really dirty. The food however is a huge portion, and there is plenty of it left to share. This is a good place for get togethers. Service can be a hit or a miss. We went during New Years Eve, and it was super packed which is understandable. I highly recommend this place for large groups.

👎🏻Look we had to wait an hour to get seated and not just us but like 10 other groups A fight between customers broke out because tempers were high because of the waiting time When we finally got seated our waiter took FOREVER to come by when he did and came back with our drinks he spill soda on our friend and was not so sorry about it The food was under cook couldn't believe how nasty the chicken tasted seemed it wasn't vert clean too Overall our party had a very bad experience and its was a Birthday party

Wonderful food, wonderful set up; what can I say? I love this place. This is very accessible by metro, just take the red line to Universal and take the bus tram up to city walk. It is a little pricy, but the food is meant to be family style so if you only want one entree bring a friend that likes the same, but for the best experience go on a double date of sorts and share with everyone. I'm getting hungry just thinking about this place! I may go there next weekend now that I'm thinking about it.
