Wonderful food, wonderful set up; what can I say? I love this place. This is very accessible by metro, just take the red line to Universal and take the bus tram up to city walk. It is a little pricy, but the food is meant to be family style so if you only want one entree bring a friend that likes the same, but for the best experience go on a double date of sorts and share with everyone. I'm getting hungry just thinking about this place! I may go there next weekend now that I'm thinking about it.

Came here for a team lunch. Overall just like any Buca di Beppo. I like the environment of Buca. They're typically the same but this wacky Italian setting. Family friend and fun. The food itself - well it's a chain Italian restaurant. Prepare for overload of carbs, and sodium. The food is solid overall but nothing to write home about. Since i'm Asian, I like the family style. Bonds you better i guess. For a team lunch this was fine!

An ok experience, but nothing amazing. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even though the venue was half empty, while the waitresses chatted about their weekend activities. The venue was made out to be Italian, and it did look the part, but maybe it took it too far because it came across as dirty and unfriendly. Our waiter was friendly but would only appear every 15 minutes, so took a long time to order our meals and pay the bill. There was a very unfriendly photographer who took our photos - very rude, and even ruder and stuck-up when we declined to pay for the extra prints (as even the free print wasn't a good photo - she obviously didn't major in photography). The saving grace was that the food was quick to arrive, tasted pretty good, and there was lots of it. I wouldn't recommend the venue unless you have a dire craving for good Italian food.

Horrible service. Wait time for table and food was way too long. The waiter disappeared and never came back after serving our food. No drink refills. Saw them use filthy rags to clean tables. Just gross.

My wife and I dinned on Saturday evening, as expected the food was delicious . However our server, JAY, was atrocious. He spoke to us with such a slurred quickness, which left us wondering what he was actually saying. He was so hurried , he threw our appetizer on the table as he ran by, the bread literally bounced off of the platter. There was no real concern or care to our comfort or whether we would have an enjoyable dining experience . When dinner arrived it was placed on the table and left for us to retrieve . If we hadn't asked for the complimentary glasses, we believe we never would have received them. We were there to celebrate my Wife's birthday, this was mentioned to the hostess and Jay, no attempt was made to approach me to help facilitate any kind of small birthday recognition . We won't recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely share our story with family and friends. I wish we had selected a different restaurant that night .We are both in our early 50's and enjoy dinning out for special occasions . Your establishment really let us down .

We went for my birthday and although it was a great greet by the staff as we walked through the door and escort to our table. When we went to sit down, our table was dirty, that would have been ok, if the table was cleaned right and tomatoes sauce didn't dirty my blouse that I was wearing. The server greeted us and when we asked for a dessert wine he didn't know. Before I could place my cocktail order, he had rushed off to the bartender to ask about the dessert wine. When he returned, we ordered cocktail drinks and wine before the rest of our 2 guest arrived. We asked for water with our drinks. When the rest of our table arrived, we ordered appetizers, salad, entrees, bread and again our water when more cocktails were ordered. No plates were available when our appetizers arrived or our bread, no silverware was on the table so we waited a good 15mins before we could begin enjoying our meal. We had to flag down a bus boy for our needs. Even when we ordered our dessert, we had to wait to eat it for silverware. I would have ordered an after dinner cocktail and coffees but our server didn't offer or allow the time to ask before he ran off from dropping our check. He took a great occasion and made me wish we just went to Olive Garden. Dirty Table No Silverware Server unattentive Birthday dinner ruined.
