Thank you for the level of excellent service from Ara when I brought my car in for service. I had an issue with the driver seat and Ara promptly followed up on and provided a resolution quickly. I have dealt with many service advisors before in different dealerships, however thus far, Ara has been the most friendly, informative, caring and professional customer service advisor I have dealt with. So this Happen today. This weekend my team and I ran 200 mile relay from Huntington Beach to San Diego. 12 people 48 hours running on 2-3 hours of sleep running all day and all night was a mission. I can back home Saturday night and Sunday morning decided to go to Glendale Infiniti and just went to look well that didn't happen. Marco introduced him Self to me and first off told him my issues. Now a Days no one credit is perfect and was majorly upside down in my old cars. Needles to say Marco made it happen for me. Walked out with a brand new Q50. If you have wondered what the definition of "horrible customer service" is, Glendale Infiniti is the answer. I dropped off my car for a wash (worst wash ever) and when I went back to pick it up, around 3pm they had absolutely no idea where my key was. For about 30 minutes I watched as they kept walking around as if they were looking for the key, I watched them laugh as if it was funny, and I was given pathetic excuses such as; "it's in the wash area" then another, "the guy who washed your car left with the key and he's back now we're going to check with him", and "that wasn't the right guy, the guy who has the key is on his lunch and his phone is off". I asked to speak with a manager, and even the managers did not care to actually come and speak with me. Nevertheless, their service consultant Andrew Benales, had the nerve to show me attitude and give me smart remarks, as if it was my fault the key was no where to be found. I was told to leave and come back after a while to give them more time to look for it. When I returned at 5:30 I finally got my key back!!!! Loosing the key shows the irresponsibility of the team Glendale Infiniti has within their business, but mistakes are always made I understand that.. But because their service consultant Andrew is so arrogant, he couldn't even show a bit of remorse and that's where their horrible service is reflected upon clients. I don't need lame excuses to justify the irresponsibility and disorganized characteristics of their business. If you make a mistake, because a business such as a dealership revolves around clientele and customer service, own up to your mistake, admit it's lost, and apologize for the inconvenience. In my situation it's unfortunate that Andrew had to be the one to help me, not only was he rude, disrespectful, and ridiculously bad at customer service, but management also failed to assess the importance of the situation in a professional manner. It goes to show why I've been persuaded that they have horrible service and a horrible team, and are in desperate need to revaluate their business goals, morals, and maybe replace their staff to be able to work the business to its full potential.
