MY COMPLAINT IS FOR THE MAN NAMED ALI KHAN, I WAITED A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR MY CAR DEAL TO GO THROUGH. TERRIBLE SERVICE! FIRST AND FOREMOST AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD NEVER GET IN A CUSTOMERS FACE AND CAUSE A SCENE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE DEALERSHIP. And that is an experience my family encountered today. The communication was terrible throughout the whole deal. I was persistent and he assured me everything was going accordingly. When he called me today to go pick up the car my parents went, Ali began sharing details that he never once mentioned before and assumed myself and my parents would be okay with it. I wasn't. My father called me and asked me a question on speaker phone regarding something Ali told him, he assured my dad he told me. He never told either of us this before and I said no on the phone call. Without knowing what he asked me that for until later. Once I hung up the phone, my father told me he began shouting and acting disorderly. It's a big problem to me because you do not treat your customers that way. You do not act out on your customers due to you being unprofessional. It is not the customers fault for your wrong doing. We have been Infiniti customers for years. UPDATE: Ali just called my father instead of being cordial and apologizing (even if it was fake) saying Karma would get us? Are you kidding me? This was supposed to be a business not high school. Continue to call my father Ali. He also told we can not visit Glendale Infiniti any longer.

I brought my mom in to look at a QX50 and we had a great experience with Katie. She was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all our questions without being pushy. When you come here ask for Katie!

I came in and browsed and decided on a used vehicle and will be purchasing it. I worked with Katie who was very professional and informative. With Katie I received great service. I would recommend ONLY dealing with Katie at this dealership.

I thought it was only the dealership I purchased my car in cash from but after having a completely horrible experience at this location that they continue to antagonize and harass me, I'm convinced that infiniti has become one of the worst manufacturers to deal with

If you want the best service in all of California look no further than Sam Mikel at the Glendale Infiniti service center. Sam is a consummate pro at taking care of your service needs. He also has a great sense of humor which makes having to take care my car in once-in-a-while all the more pleasurable. Sam Mikel is what makes leasing an Infiniti worthwhile on the service side of a great car!

Purchased a used M37 I found on the web site last week at Glendale Infiniti. They honored the price listed online only after calling to verify the price before going in. Our sales person Katie was easy to deal with, professional, and made us feel comfortable. Not one bit pushy. She is the main reason we didn't walk out the door and go somewhere else. We came in with our own financing and were already sold on the specific vehicle. We should have been in and out but ended up spending 5 hours there! The finance department kept holding up our paperwork. We threatened to walk out and magically our paperwork was ready. Would I go there again and recommend? Yes, just have your own financing, call and verify the price, remember the names of the people you talk to and ask for Katie Beebe.

This dealer ship is a joke. Their Finance department toys with their customer like they are second hand toys not worthy for donations. Find another Infiniti dealer to do your business with and save yourself the headache that you will be willing to pay a little more for and not have to go though with all the BS they give you for the joke of a cost savings they say they are giving you.
