I absolutely loved our stay!!!! We will most definitely be back next time we visit Disneyland. We didn't originally want to be so far from the park but my husband had a conference at the Newport center so we wanted to stay close to his conference. After we entered our Villa, I immediately wished we had booked our stay for 2 days longer. And had we been able to cancel our reservation with the hotel near Anaheim we would've stayed longer. It is absolutely worth the extra drive to stay at such a luxurious resort. The price was reasonable considering all the amenities and activities and the customer service was phenomenal! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will definitely be back, we can't have too much of a good thing!!!

Stayed here for a week a while back. Good resort with all the amenities. Great pool area with fun games to get the guest involved.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Large tvs. Washing machine, dryer, and dish washer in the villa. Beautiful views and polite, helpful staff.

The picture is misleading, this is not "on" the coast, and would be a long walk if you chose to walk it. If you drive to the beach parking it is $15 per day. This may have been a beauty in its day, but a fading one today. It is noisy, very, very noisy. We were on the ground level and between hearing every person that walked by, the maintenance people are making lots of noise by 9am. No soundproofing in evidence. Room had no view. Little other things, the shower had no soap holder, sounds minor and it is, but try just holding on to your soap all shower long. It was irritating. The shampoo and rinse, awful and watery, if you come bring your own. No food on the premises other than a little market place (about as big as a walk in closet) and has already prepared packaged food. I want to vacation first class, I want a quiet room with a view (we had none), and beach access. We were 0 - 3 on that score. Also, stairs everywhere! Multiple flights that are a straight row up. Try walking that several times a day with a 3 year old, not fun. Might work for some, we were very disappointed. Bugs - hope you like them because our room had lots of them and quite a variety of types too. Sales staff - they want to sell you a timeshare, but I did not appreciate their sales tactics. They assume you will be blown away by the property and can't wait to buy - not so much! I would never go back there. They use tired tactics like "accountants, financial advisors, doctors and lawyers" have bought with us. Is that supposed to influence me? Do you know what I or my husband do for a living? Aparently not and I am not likely to buy something because I think "smart" people are doing it. Lastly what I consider and out and out lie. Our one consultant tried to emphasize what a good deal it was because, "these (units) go for $800 a night in season" but her superior comes in and says $900 per night. Ridiculous people, I have a computer. I can see you can get a condo if you want it for the price of a normal hotel, nothing near the prices mentioned, again, what I see as a questionable sales tactic. Room Tip: Do not take a ground floor room. Bring your own bug spray and shampoo. Ask about a view, many, many rooms have none.

Disappointed with the Front Desk Staff. Upon checkin I gave them the wrong credit card for incidentals and went back that same day to have it changed. I was told it would take a day because the banks were closed of which I was in no hurry. Come to find out the manager had taken a $250 deposit from both credit cards. I called down to the front desk and was told that I would need to come down to get it resolved. Upon leaving the front desk this time I was assured that the correct card would have the $250 deposit taken off. The next day I checked and to my surprise the card I asked that to incidental deposit stay on was credited back therefore leaving the same problem I began with! I went down to the front desk again and was assured it would be taken care of. I followed up later that evening making sure there was not going to be any mistakes and was assured all would be correct in the morning. I check again in the morning and the problem still remained. After all of this I just gave up and decided to right this review. It would have been helpful if the Front Desk Manager come out of their cave to see what the problem was especially since the problem was not corrected within 4 business days.
