To become mighty and powerful requires a lot of anger and yelling

This is an interesting one. Fake a right knee to a low and high left kick followed by a right hook. Your shins will need to be strong if you decide to kick at or below your opponent's knees. Keep in mind, keep yourself in a striking position when shifting angles.

I have used multiple desktop capturing apps from the ubuntu software center. Unfortunately, I can't remember them. I rebuilt by laptop installing Xubuntu and Lubuntu 14.04 LTS 64bit.

The program I found for desktop capturing is called "Kazam". This is the out of the video file created.

Training/Techniques  -

Very good video that shows how important it is to keep your body in attacking position after every strike. The idea is to throw more. That can only happen if you keep your basic form.

As you train or fight, keep in mind that you will not knockout your opponent with a single strike everytime. That is a good way to become predictable and tire yourself out. The more strikes you can successfully land the better it is for you.

There is a lot one person can teach themselves. If we all act like teachers, there is no limit in the knowledge that can be obtained and the people looking to hire us. Will honor any input on the idea of this blog.
Getting things done in a GUI interface has been simple and fun. I have learned the real fun lies in peaking behind the scenes of what a program is actually doing. As a surprise, what you thought was simple becomes a string of...
