FRAUD FROM HOLMANN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP STAY AWAY FROM THE DEALER AUDI PEMBROKE PINES MIAMI FL I write to tell my horrible experience lived with this dealer. I am the victim of a scam and I leave my testimony because I do not want other people to fall into the same trap and into the hands of these dishonest people and little relevant. About two months ago I brought my car at the dealer AUDI PEMBROKE PINES MIAMI FL for a repair, and from that day began my ordeal .... it was a nightmare !! They kept my car in the dealer for 50 days, after all this time I had to pick up the car without the problem on my car had been solved. They tried from the start to cheat me in every possible way, I was told a lot of lies .... they called me dicedendomi that finally my car was ready well after 50 days and instead the problem was not resolved. They were ordered to pay a large bill of over $ 6000 US dollars without providing me with a written estimate before repair and without obtaining my written approval as required by law in florida. My refusal to pay the sum that exceeded $ 1,367 which was the only amount which at most would have to pay because I have authorized in writing in the contract, They were intimidated and I was set taking my first service of replacement machine rental, leaving me to walk with a family and a little girl, and then abused the law referring that would keep my car until I paid the bill of more than $ 6,000 for a repair that I never authorized, all with the aim to force me to pay. I was forced to pay a sum not due of $ 2,500 and forced me to sign a document that does not allow me to take them to court. They were smart, in bad faith, have taken advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner and do not know English well, American law, and the people who could help me in this moment of difficulty. After collecting the car I brought my car at another dealership for an audi diagnoistico and to repair my car and the mechanic who made the diagnosis I certified that my car rather than being repaired had been damaged by mechanical AUDI PEMBROKE PINES MIAMI FL. I went to the dealer AUDI PEMBROKE PINES MIAMI FL to present what I had discovered and they said sorry you signed the document and can no longer deny anything to us and there is no warranty on the work that I had paid. In pain so I have other lavish ordered to leave. What is most serious, the most ugly and I consider shameful and reporting the incident several times to the customer service of Holman Automotive Group and Audi Use that should ensure and monitor the behavior of dealers. By Holman Automotive Group I have not received response, Audi US did nothing to help me indeed has only tried to cover the dealer !! I conclude by recommending it highly to stay away from HOLMANN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP and AUDI PEMBROKE PINES FL MIAMI if you need to buy or repair your car. These people just want to cheat and take your money without giving you anything in return !! STAY AWAY

Worst customer service ever. Own a Q7 for 7 years and had used Coral Springs dealer for service where the service is top notch. Decided to try Pembroke because of proximity to our house. Big mistake, they kept our car for 2 weeks, the worst part the service agent never gave updates or returned our calls. We even went in person a few times to request updates to just to find he was gone for the day. Personal problems of an employee should never affect your customer. The car was Serviced with them two weeks prior one week after a light come up in the car, which I now suspect it was they did something to the car, so we had to take it a second time in a month the robbed us of about $2500. Stay away from here they are ripping customers off and on top of that the customer service is horrible.

One of the most unprofessional dealers ever. We agreed to purchase a car from them on Friday and were going to fly in from New Jersey during the following week to get the paperwork done. After already having my flight booked they contacted me Monday to say they regret to inform me they sold the car that we had already agreed to a deal to in writing. Will never be going back to this dealership. Completely unprofessional from the GM down to the sales people they just brushed us off.

I was very Impressed with my service, I didnt have an appointment to bring my car In but they still offered me a loaner and fit me into their schedule. I was offered bagels, snacks, coffee they always make me feel proud about owning an Audi. When I went to pick up the car It was spotless & clean and was already waiting for me inside their bay, paperwork was filled out. I was happy with the Audi S5 and followed the service schedule to the mile. I was also happy with my service person, Joe Falco, which guided me to the cars needs. Now that I want to purchase my auto at the end of my 39 months lease, they want to charge me a extra $400 to inspect and certify the automobile, which is above all the other charges and fees that the dealership is collecting for me to purchase this car. The information as to the upkeep is readily available to me by checking this car service history, which was always serviced at their facility.. I deem this charge to be excessive considering that I have agreed to sign a waiver releasing Audi of any responsibilities. This dealer appears to be only interested in making money, rather than keeping a current and future customer.

Worst Service Department EVER! Joe Falco the Servcie advisor I have known for years is the best, it is the mechanics and thier managers who are the issue. This is not a reflection on Joe. I have used this dealership since the day it was built and was then a Holman Linclon dealership. I have been a Holman customer since 1984 at serveral dealerships. I dont like Holman Audi! I recently had my $70K 2013 Q7 S line in for bad A/C on three diffierent occasions back to back for a total of 26 days! All under warranty! 1st time they found a leak and replaced the freon, second time I brought it back it was the next day! They found many issues plus a bad compressor and billed back Audi over $3k in parts alone, not counting labor. Third time I had issues was 3 days later they then had it for a long time ie 2 weeks! I was told they now have their tech support involved, they also logged 160 miles on my car and told me it was a sensor issue and that tech support also recomended re evacuating the system and recharging it. It then worked well for 3 days only. I also noticed the dealership lied on the paper work stated no problem found after having it the 3rd time after telling me all along what they had been doig to fix it. The service team even validated that the A/C would only blow out 60 degree air right in front of me when i took it back, it should be mid 40's. I guess they were trying to avoid the lemon laws, which I dont care about, I just wanted it fixed. Last Friday they called me to follow up. I let them know the A/C is still not working and that I had to have it at the lowest setting and or recirculate just so it was bearable. Joe gave me his applogy and stated he would get back with the Service Manager and get back to me. NO ONE GOT BACK, I also left message with the service manager 2 days later. I again reach out to Joe, he stated he would get back to me. NO ONE GOT BACK to me. I have much of this conversation via text. On a prior occasion i had to take the car back 4 times for a total of 7 days for a wheel vibration before it was fixed at this dealership. The car only had 4K miles on it. They kept telling me that this is how the 21 inch wheels work and it is normal, ie the ones that are a $2500 upgrade! On the 4th attempt they finally replaced 1 faulty tire and it fixed the issue. Odd on this occasion they also only logged me being at the dealership 3 times instead of 4. I sitt have not gotten a call back over a week later to take it in for the 4th time, so I let them know today i solved the A/C problem myself. BYE BYE AUDI, I went and got rid of the car as it was easier to buy new car and not have the headache. I will never go back to Audi, this dealership or any Holman dealership after a 31 year relationship and at least 15 cars! UPDATE: over a week later, after I told them this last that I got rid of the Audi and bought a another car, they let me know they will call me back as they are waiting for a decent car for me to drive. Go figure all the other times they put me in very small cars or a Hyundai rental....They jost dont get it.

This dealer is the best in south Florida and there is no doubt about it. The parts department have every part you need in stock. Management is great, the service manager real cool guy and the service advisors are awesome. Keep up the good work. Ariel Krankenwagen European Car Specialist.
