Organizational Development:


I personally believe, collective individual employee career growth leads to organization triumph i.e. Development.


Let me take an opportunity to explain on this topic as well;
It is true; employee works more productively and even works Voluntarily when they feel;
Cared,
Supported,
And
Respected.


On a regular track, it is quite common; organization looks for! and hire the people who will become step stone in the company’s success, Agreed!

On a course,
Employees of the organization will be of:

Self starters,
Enthusiastic, Energetic
Competitive Achievers and Analytical Team Players,
Half of the job is completed by here itself,
Now,


I say, Employer provisions will be directly tie up with employee growth which will leads to organization development.
So, Organization must provide all the provisions to employee for their growth
Please read it thoroughly;


There is direct inter connectivity between “Employee Provisions” and “Employee Career Planning”,

Provisions:--
Fair wages
Better Environment                               
Good working conditions
Welfare and
Distribution of profits.


Employee feels betterment with the above provisions wherein employee feels these provisions becomes the ladder for their Career Planning(Growth) aspect.


Now, Employee will also expects;
•    Better responsibility
•    Greater designation
•    Better compensation
•    Dynamic work nature
•    Enhancement & Development of skills/talents,


Employee feels much and more betterment if they have provided with the above factors also, as mile stone for Career Growth.
Now, coming up to the point,


Every employee works hard and plans the career, and sets a target or a Career Goal(s);


It is of the duty of the Management to understand the people career goals and make sure; the management must be like;


I say, a Great Leadership;
•    Listens to suggestions and takes advices
•    Allows then in decision making process, when required
•    Develops the skills/talents
•    Stand on ethics
•    Diplomacy
•    Modern thought process
•    Good environment
•    Make guidelines of future perspective
•    No practice of Red Tapism
•    Allows to give seat to an intelligent and successful candidate(employee recognition)
•    Welfare activities and programs

Till here,
I was talking about the role of organization and Management for employee career growth.


Employee should plan his career; to get promoted which will directly lead to overall development.

•    The Commitment
•    The Discipline
•    The Punctuality
•    The Honesty
•    And
•    The Sincerity,

I say,
Employee growth plan begins with; Gaining knowledge

Development of New Procedures and Updates

Finally,
With the above employee planning his career Growth with gaining knowledge and developing skills;

Similar approach was done by a tattoo studio. Potential employers had to paint in a QR code before able to visit the recruiting website! Very well done.

My own experience from working in very large corporations confirms this as well. A significant amount of market intelligence is frequently gathered through the recruiting process. In most cases this is not intentional, but purely as a byproduct. Of course, one has to respect confidentiality where appropriate.
