Sports drinks + Hidden sugar is today's topic on ‪#‎videotuesday‬!
I always like to bring the team a video on Tuesdays and this week's is a corker! I am constantly asked what sports drinks people should use, and my answer normally surprises them.
Unless doing an endurance event - there is no place for them in your diet. That's my opinion.

This week's healthy delight is an odd one for me to post. I normally don't class a dish a main meal unless is has some form of meat in - but this one is a great exception!
This curry is jam packed full of colour and flavour and costs just a few pence to make - give it a go!
