Melt in your mouth brisket, crispy pork belly bacon slices....local beers and fantastic mixed drinks. The story of this little place is interesting. I loved the brisket and pork sandwich. Sides all have their own twist and are all delicious. I would recommend visiting if you are out of town or making a trip if you're local! Cheers

Came across this place because we loved the Hard 8 BBQ so much, but I have to say, Smoke is way, way over the top. You absolutely have to try their hamburger with bacon so thick you should eat it like a steak. Seriously. To top off this amazingness, Smoke uses naturally grown, hormone free meat and locally grown veg! Who knew such a fantastic restaurant was tucked away in a truly unique setting! You won't be disappointed. The only other surprise was the price. Google shows it as $$ but when it's all said and done, it should probably be listed as $$$. Don't let that scare you away, this place will keep you talking about it for weeks.

I rarely write reviews on anything, but thought it would be ridiculous of me NOT to, when this place delivered one of the best breakfast/brunch experiences I've had. Nonetheless, I'll be brief to hopefully help you determine if this is a place you want to go. Venue: My buddy & I arrived on a late Sat. morning around 9-10am-ish. The place was clean, modern and unique. It wasn't packed with people either, which was awesome because we had no trouble getting a comfortable spot. Staff & Service: Greeters were very glad to have us and accommodating. The wait staff was quick and efficient and no strangers to the items on the menu. Asking their opinion about certain dishes was also not a problem. I always appreciate the people who serve my food, and when done well...I'm happy to tip heavy. Food: Wow! As they say, this place is focused around smoke infused items. Which if you are in (or from TX) should be a welcomed flavor. We ordered Smoked Brisket on Jalapeño Cornbread Hash, Pulled Pig Eggs Benedict, 2 sides of Bacon and a Side of Grits. Everything was excellent! The shredded brisket on the hash was amazingly tasty. The hollandaise on the eggs benedict was perfect to me and the poached eggs on both dishes were perfect (making consistently good poached eggs is tough!). The grits = awesome and the sides of bacon were quarter-inch thick cuts of smoked pork belly awesomeness. I can't comment on anything else on the menu, but what we had was superb. Hopefully this review helps you out and I'm remember this place for the next time I'm in Dallas for sure!

While working an auction for our friends at Habitat for Humanity we went to Smoke for lunch. To our surprise the lunch menu was very reasonably priced. The food was incredible my wife and I had a sandwich that had coffee rubbed brisket - out of this world flavor and the service was almost invisible yet always right on time - perfect service even better food - a must go when in Big D. Side note the parking lot is suited for mountain goats (steep + pot holes). So gents you are best advised to drop the ladies off at the door. Going back to try the evening service.

Some great high end BBQ. Not just your typical "texas" BBQ either, you can get some great sausages and pork too. Make sure to stop by for brunch if your looking for something different, just know that parking will be in demand, and it could get cramped inside.

My husband and I came to smoke on a Sunday evening for our first time. I had seen it reviewed on local eats and was fascinated. Our night didn't start off very well due to no service was attended to us until the whose I would assume would be the manager (Steven) came by and we simply told him we ha not been helped since he sat us. After a sincere apology he took care of us for the rest of the night. His service was fabulous and also went the extra mile of sendin us appotizers and comping our drinks. Thanks to him our experience was to die for! Well definitely be coming back due to him and definitely to have some more of their delicious bbq(brisket/pulled pork) and the Devine roasted romain! Highly recomend this place and don't get discourage if it doesn't start off well, it will definitely end well with wonderful memories to come back to.
