Food was well seasoned but half on the plate was cold. Service was adequate but had to request refills and had all our plates brought by other servers. Hostess seated my husband and I at a horrible 2-top and when I requested another table, I was told she had already made table assignments and could not move us. What the h-ll? For the hour we dined, I stared at empty 4-tops. Prices are steep and atmosphere too casual for the hype. Won't be returning...if you want a fun, different experience such as I wanted for Valentine's Day, I suggest looking elsewhere.

There are of course many great Barbeque restaurants in Dallas Texas and many of em are done by 3:00 pm—this is currently the best BBQ restaurant in Dallas Texas and they aren't out by afternoon. Simple as that. Open breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the Big Rib. Tasty. No need to put anything on it. They have some 4 or 5 entrees that are smoked from 12 to 18 hours long.

Came here with the fam while I was back in town over the holidays. Great atmosphere. It has a very cozy cabin-like feel and even has a nice warm fire place for those cold Dallas nights. The sausage appetizer was very delicious, and the brisket was top notch. It's a bit off a different take on traditional BBQ but very Texan and yummy. My mom got the ribs which were gigantic! We definitely had left overs. Waitress was incredibly friendly as well, and the service was great. The Belmont Hotel is right next door so you can also stop over there for a night cap.

I like that this place prides themselves on using locally sourced organic ingredients. This is a hidden gem in an unexpected area of town. The meat was perfectly fall-off-the-bone-juicy cooked.

Bad service. We felt like the waiters ignored us. My wife had to ask for her menu 10 minutes after we were seated. It took them 15 minutes plus to get us a high chair. Food was a 2 out of a 10. Bad service and experience. WILL NOT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

The food was excellent and so were the drinks. The idiots at the vallet parked my sports car deep in mud. Called and made a complaint but was told that the vallet is a different company altogether.
