This post by SalesForce's JP Rangaswami is all about businesses and corporations learning to listen more. It hist home as I'm currently looking at how to reinvent both myself and my business. I'm not at all unhappy, but quite the opposite, things are all moving in the right direction, but I'm looking at how marketing, communications and other aspects of the way people obtain their information will be transformed over the next five years, just as social media has impacted the way we send and receive information and feedback, as well as have dialogue and interactions.

It's a great starting point.
