Will You Photo Walk on October 13, 2012?
Our goal is to get as many walkers in the +Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk to sign up  for this event, and share their Photo Walk experience with Google+ . Here we can have all of the walkers from all over the workld participate in real time, thanks to +Google+  The official walk date is Saturday October 13, 2012, but to accomodate different times happening around the world, the event here is spanning a few days.

As of right now we have over a THOUSOND cities and close to 20,0000 walkers signed up for this free event.  This is a great place to make friends, explore #photography  , and see your city.  If you would like to sign up for one of the walks in your city, or lead a walk of your own, make sure you go to www.worldwidephotowalk.com  - We cant wait to see what you share!

Homework for #ColbyPhotoClub

I made this photograph with my desktop scanner. I built a simple topless and bottomless box, to set on top of the scanner. I painted the inside black and  covered it with black matte paper and then scanned. Adjusted levels, exposure, etc and removed dust spots in PSCS5. Has anyone else tried making photographs with a scanner?
