Had a great stay. Staff was very friendly, room was a little small, but still very nice. The room was in a corner so not sure how it compares to most other rooms in terms of size. The windows were pretty small also. Elevators were also on the small side. All minor complaints really, as I mentioned the room itself was very nice.

I'll start by saying the facilities and location was excellent. However I was very upset at the professionalism of the staff. In particular there was one security guard that I found offensive and rude. We were a little loud and celebrating but instead of coming up and asking nicely to quiet down he told everyone to shut the **** up! I understand I was somewhat the bad guy in this scenario and no one likes the loud room at the hotel but this could have been handled so much differently.

If any of you are looking for really good hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. A very nice hotel for a business traveler for one night, but lacks storage and amenities for vacation travelers: closet space, storage drawer space and sitting space all lacking. Staff was pleasant and courteous but slow to respond to room requests for ice, extra pillow or face tissues. Front desk could not cash a check. Also, downtown location had constant outside noise of construction and police / fire vehicles all night, bring ear plugs. Good features include many casual restaurants and sandwich shops nearby, Walgreens and CVS a 5 min. walk away. Did not use restaurant but menu did not look impressive, mostly glorified bar food.

Location is perfect. You can leave your car here and easily explore on foot. Faneuil Hall Marketplace is very close for good food and coffee. The hotel is very fancy. Our room was very clean with modern furniture. Staff is very helpful. No included amenities. Bar fridge and breakfast would be very expensive.
