Location is perfect. You can leave your car here and easily explore on foot. Faneuil Hall Marketplace is very close for good food and coffee. The hotel is very fancy. Our room was very clean with modern furniture. Staff is very helpful. No included amenities. Bar fridge and breakfast would be very expensive.

the staff at the ames hotel were great. very helpful, above and beyond the call of duty. from the doorman who remembered us and where we were going and asked how it was when we came back, to the front desk clerk who filled us in on all of the shopping opportunities in the area...everyone was great!

upscale accommodations. the suite was beautiful and spacious; well appointed. the dining room, while serving wonderful food, is quite noisy. we much preferred the bar area for small plates and expected energy.
