If you are ready to make changes in your life there's nothing to it but to do it. Set realistic short term goals then begin by choosing just one. Make a commitment to yourself that you will not quit or give up until you reach your goal. Be specific about what you have to do to bring your desired result into reality. For example you might make an outline of goal achieving actions you can take daily to reach your goal. All activities are either "goal achieving" or "tension relieving" Just Do It.
