I called Mr. Appliance for a repair on my icemaker. I made an appointment for the next day. When the repairman came...exactly on time...he diagnosed the problem within minutes, ordered the part and came the next day to install. How can it get any better? This is my third time to use Mr. Appliance and I have had the same experience each time.

I honestly can't say a negative thing about you guys, particularly Josh. He's helped me on several different rental houses (total of probably 6 or 7 visits) and has been fantastic every single time. The company has really stood behind warranties as well. I have been and plan to continue highly recommending you guys to everyone that will listen!

Very professional and knowledgeable, had the refrigerator diagnosed when he walked in the door, told my wife what was wrong with it as soon as he saw the unit. .Came back with the part the next day and had us running in about 15 minutes.

Okay, so I had an appointment with this company today. I rushed home to make sure that I would be here on time, which I was. I waited and waited and nobody showed up. I called to confirm that they were coming and the receptionist assured me that they would call when they were on their way. Another 2 hours went by and still no call and no service person. Then, I called again and the receptionist told me the same thing. It is now 9 PM at night and not a single call or service person. This is BEYOND unprofessional. I WOULD NOT recommend. Update: At 9:06 PM someone from the company called me and apologized. Said that somehow the tech wasn't notified of the service call. I had made the appointment the week prior, so I'm not sure how that happens. I appreciate the call to apologize, but I still would not recommend them. I had to rearrange my whole afternoon to be here during their "time frame" and then sat here waiting.

Arrived at time promised. Checked the washer for water leak. Found cause of problem. Corrected the leak by replacing defective part. Reassembled the Washer. Very happy with professionalism of Tech., service and price!

me appliance came to look at my LG fridge . he could not find anything wrong and just told me that it was getting hot air inside.than he would say LG does not let us know too much about the product you will need to call LG.told me i left the door open and i know better the door has an alarm i think i can still hear.well after the repair guy told me i would have to call LG cause he did not know about them i ask what if we change the seal? he told me they could not get that ok i had to pay for him to tell me he did not know about LG products $80 ripoff. NEVER CALL MR APPLIANCE i called the office to let them know and they told me they could get the part that is would just take time . for a seal 1 seal just labor to change a seal is $181 and will take 2 hours for 1 seal somebody does not know what they are doing plus i would have to pay for the part. so if i change all 4 seals on the fridge it would take them all day. NEVER CALL MR APPLIANCE THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT LG

Mr. Appliance to came fix my washer that was leaking from underneath. The tech showed up and diagnosis the problem and said it was going to be 306 dollars to replace the drain pump. I also asked the rep for an itemized bill and couldn’t provide one since they have codes for tasks. Thinking I already have to pay them 80 dollars just for the service call, and was told the part was probably 140 dollars, I went ahead and authorized him to show up between 1 and 3. He never showed up or called. So I was curious and called a local appliance part store here in town to see how much the part was, $80.00. So I canceled the rest of the order, and also found out it was ONLY 3 bolts, 2 hose clamps, and an electrical connector. They were going to charge me an extra 220 dollars for 30 minutes of work!!! How can you say the 80 dollars goes toward the repair!! Seems like the repair/sales reps have a commission based pay scale to make money off their repairs!!!!
