Not only did they get us in the next day to help with our broken fridge but I was personally called that day due to concern about waking my daughter during her nap. They wanted to have someone come at a better time for us. This company went above and beyond!

Amazing 5 Star, white glove service! Witten(service tech) was the most personable, professional, knowledgeable technician I have ever worked with! He arrived to my parents door less than 2 hours after contacting Mr. Appliance when another company could not make the appointment that had been set up a week in advance! Most repairs are same day or next day. No charge for service call. Repair quote was given before repair. Competitive, reasonable pricing. He was able to diagnose and fix the repair in less than 15 minutes! Called Mr. Appliance at 8:30am and my parent's Kennmore icemaker was working by 10:45am. One year warranty on labor and parts. They stand behind their work. Very impressed! I will be calling Mr. Appliance Over the Mountain for all of my family's future appliance repair needs. You will not be disappointed! I did not receive any compensation or discount for my review. Honest, dependable company that cares about their customers and the service they provide. My technician was on time (even early!) He was friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a small fix that he noticed in addition to the issue that was called in. He quickly got the part and fixed the washing machine. It was a great experience and I'll definitely use them again.

Very quick appointment was made for a dryer not working and hours before the technician came I noticed the refrigerator leaking as well. Even though the fridge was an unknown work order he fixed it anyway and diagnosed the problem so that I too became knowledgeable in the system. The technician is the same person I was sent in my old rental before buying my house and both times he has proven to perform great work and is very polite. Even has a good sense of humor because I have two 5 month old puppies who tried to "help" him on both occasions and most of his time was spent playing with them.

Took my ge refrigerator to their shop and they had it fixed in 30 min, for a very reasonable price. Marlin the service tech was super knowledgeable on my appliance, and very professional. I definitely recommend them for appliance repair

Extremely pleased with the experience. My service professional was Marc, and I would recommend him. He was polite, arrived early, and was able to diagnosed and fix the problem with our (ancient) range quickly. If you have a problem, do not hesitate to call these guys.

Made online appointment with Mr. Appliance to send technician to investigate possible transmission problem with older model Kenmore washing machine. Received phone call from them several hours later verifying day/time of appointment. On day of appointment, technician was delayed in traffic and phoned to let me know he would be late. When he arrived, he was friendly and asked about the problem; I explained the symptoms. He indicated there were two possible causes and investigated. He then correctly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He had the part in stock and replaced it. Washer now works fine. Entire time on site was less than 30 minutes. Cost of the service visit was reasonable. This was second time using them and would do so again.

I called Mr. Appliance for a repair on my icemaker. I made an appointment for the next day. When the repairman came...exactly on time...he diagnosed the problem within minutes, ordered the part and came the next day to install. How can it get any better? This is my third time to use Mr. Appliance and I have had the same experience each time.
