Teaching how to control your mind and your world.
Introduction

The Brahma Kumaris (Australia).

The Brahma Kumaris (BK’s) are an international voluntary spiritual organization, with centres in most capital cities throughout the world, and it’s headquarters in Mt Abu, Rajasthan, India.

It teaches a belief and values system which, if understood and followed, can lead an individual to take control of their lives and steer it in a direction towards living a peaceful, balanced and harmonious life through the understanding of the spiritual nature of self (soul) and our relationship and interaction with God (Supreme Soul).

The BK’s use a system of lectures, discussion, workshops, contemplation and meditation to enable an individual to transform the negative side of traits self into a more powerful and positive state.

A four session ‘Foundation Course’ in the teachings of the BK’s, which begins each month and runs for an hour and a half an evening over four weeks, is open to anyone. Its services are offered free to the community.
