Update: Sarah Henry personally called to address the situation. I'm happy with the way she handled it and the resolution offered. Will use Gaspar's again. --- Gaspar's bills for transit time to purchase replacement parts that they don't have on hand. I was okay with this until I discovered that the tech who handled my job billed for two hours she spent driving around town searching for a part that wasn't even stocked at the stores she checked. If replacement parts are necessary to complete a job, one would hope the tech knows exactly what they are and where they can be quickly and reliably obtained. If there's any doubt, parts should be secured ahead of time with a phone call. Since they're unable to this, it's the customer who pays for such iffy excursions.
