We've been here twice and will certainly be going back regularly. This is the real deal - neapolitan pizza at its best. The crust is delicious, as good as I've had anywhere (including Italy and Manhattan). It has an almost buttery flavor, though no butter is used in its preparation. A nice hint of char from the wood fired oven. Just the right amount of toppings. We had a margherita pizza the first time - excellent fresh tomato sauce and basil, and terrific fresh mozzarella. On the second visit we had the salame pizza - really delicious. Be sure to also try the clams in butter sauce - plenty of good garlic flavor, and flatbread on the side.

Surprised there are not more reviews of this place. The mozzarella is excellent, the pesto soppresatto pizza was as good as I've had anywhere, and the bruschette were delicious. Be sure and get an order of the roasted marinated olives. The bar is small, but stocked with high quality spirits. The basil lemon drop was a little sweeter than I like, but still very good. The desserts were delicious: we had the mousse and the ice cream with espresso. The mousse was dense and rich, and espresso over vanilla ice cream is just genius. The caprese salad is not to be missed. Plenty of their excellent mozzarella, and a really tasty balsamic reduction. Despite the complaint of a previous reviewer that $50 is too much for 3 pizzas and drinks, I felt that Fat Olives offered good value. Service was excellent and the food was top notch.

Delicious caprese omelette, good coffee, excellent and friendly service. We were there at 8am on a Friday and there were only 2 other tables of customers. Free WiFi needs a password.

Excellent pizza crust - thin, slightly crisp around the edge, a nice bit of scorch from the wood-fired oven, flavorful. Good sauce with a fresh tomato taste. We've had the margherita, pepperoni, and a garlic chicken (if I remember right). All were delicious. The crust was a little soggy at the center one time, but just the once, and only in the very center. We've also had excellent appetizers here - the steamed clams were outstanding. The caprese salad is both beautiful and delicious. They have a full bar and a knowledgeable and skilled bartender. I've had a couple negronis and they were both excellent with top-shelf ingredients. The house wine was good (though I'm no expert). And they have grappa! 2 kinds! This makes me very, very happy. Service: friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Not sure where the 'pricey' comments come from. We've had really first rate meals and drinks here, and I would say the prices were moderate - not cheap, but if I want cheap I'll go to a chain restaurant and suffer through the awfulness.

Very good service - friendly and attentive. Zuppa zucca was amazing (seasonal, probably). We will definitely be back.
