Got Seasonal Affective Disorder? We have found these are helpful: 3 to 4 walks a week in the sunlight, preferably at least 2 to 3 miles. Vitamin Supplements: 3000 to 5000 iu of D with K1 and K2, 5-HTP 150 to 300mg and Omega 3 Fatty Acids 1500mg, all per day. Of Course a couple of weeks in a Sunny Warm destination also helps!

I have had the privilege of knowing many holocaust survivors. They have been my heroes aka Bette Midler's song and have inspired and taught me more than I could ever measure. My father and mother in law have taught me to have strength through diversity and to never give up my dreams.

Current atrocity ...unbelievable .

It never ceases to amaze me how powerful meditation can be. Quieting our mind and body can prevent many diseases and facilitate wellness.Being conscious of Our breath and our thoughts can help us decrease stress tremendously.
A study funded by the National Institutes of Health showed a 23 percent decrease in mortality in those who meditated versus those who did not, a 30 percent decrease in death due to cardiovascular problems, and a significant decrease in cancer mortality.

I think we all feel this way sometimes. Where to start..."Follow the Yellow Brick Road to see the wizard or....Come to our center and see how our Holistic Health care team can help!
There are MANY things in life. Things we want to fulfill. To conquer. To own. To take care of.
Then we realize that our lives are limited to only SOME things we attend on.
And so we prioritize that FEW things represent our main life purposes.
And what remains questionable is how we MAINTAIN our focuses on us and those FEW things which reflect our RARE meaning of life.
