Die Aufnahme macht mich sprachlos! Aber sowohl von Hyatt als auch von Housten kann man Besonderes erwarten, Oder?

They Hyatt is actually a really awesome hotel. They have a great steakhouse there (Shula's) that serves up prime cuts of beef daily, the Einstein Bros always hits the spot for quick snacks and breakfast items, they're connected to the infamous tunnel system downtown (please explore but don't get lost!) and they have pretty good happy hour specials at their main bar. The pool is a cool place to hang out with friends too, just ask the bar for a to-go cup and take it up to the pool for some R&R.

I stayed at this Hyatt during a visit to a local music festival. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and they had a nice-sized hotel bar. The hotel is also located downtown within a few blocks of several restaurants and bars.

Good hotel. Staff was pretty friendly and we heard no noise from traffic or airlines. Price wasn't bad at all considering the location.

Fantastic hotel with a staff that will help you in any situation. The rooms are top of the line with a pleasing color scheme. Beds and pillows are excellent. You will fall asleep in seconds. I've only had rooms in the west side of the building. The views outside the windows are great. Parking is $25 a night, but you can park overnight for $7 up the block in an outside parking lot. Or on the street on the north east side if you purchase the city park hopper pass for your vehicle. The pool it's on the roof and the one time I've been there was well kept. Staff watch the pool to make sure things are always stocked and kept in order. The pool is also handicap accessible. Eating on a budget at night can only be done at the bagel restaurant in the hotel itself. If you can afford this hotel, it is worth the money. You will not be disappointed.

Ostentation on the half-shell. Ostentation is defined, by GOOGLE, as, "Vulgar display, esp. of wealth, to impress." WE had the unfortunate experience of dining at this vulgarity last night, while being a captive audience as guests at the Hyatt Regency. While the food was certainly tasty enough, the prices are ridiculously high, which absolutely deflates any possibility of value. Even the wait staff is geared to assist ostentation. I ordered a french dip sandwich ($17.00) and was brought a spinach dip. Now, the error was corrected and I was, finally brought the meal that I had ordered and enjoyed a very rich and tasty spinach dip, but if the house is charging absurd prices for simple fair, they need to get it right the first time. My wife's expensive salad was nothing more than a nice pile of lettuce. The waitress also made the minimal appearance st our table, while the liveried buss boy was attentive with drink refills. Save your money, unless you are so stinking wealthy that you don't mind being ostentatious, but then, bring along guests that you can treat, so that the expenditure will be noticed.
