My dad was in the USGA. I'm finally getting on board. Can't wait to get my new US Open hat!
I became a USGA Member to support their efforts in governing the game and upholding it's traditions and values.

My latest piece at Ricochet.
Back in the summer of 2008, I remember asking my liberal friends if they were put off, even a little bit, about how Barack Obama wasn’t just admired, but nearly worshiped. A normal American, I said, thinks it’s creepy that his fellow “free citizens” produce iconography like this, or this, or this. That’s the kind of stuff produced by artists…

I was on Fox News! ... though it was only B-roll. Nonetheless, a great piece on an important "torrent of new data is poking very large holes in what the president has called the scientific consensus about global warming."
Bret Baier: 'Despite repeated proclamations that science comes down on one particular side, it turns out many scientists do not agree.'

Not sure why you don't have your own show on Fox, Jim. It's a travesty. Maybe if you were a blond.

Hitler is mad that his global warming mission ship got stuck in the Antarctic Ice. It’s not the first time he got mad about climate science — and reality — failing to cooperate with his aims.

My latest: The BBC is becoming as irrelevant to its audience as the "MS" prefix to NBC.

Matt Kibbe of FreedomWorks talked about his latest book, "Don't Hurt People and Don't Take Their Stuff: A Libertarian Manifesto" at The Heartland Institute this week. It was a fun and lively talk. Watch the video.
Matt Kibbe: The individual has to protect their liberty by taking responsibility and working to stand up to the government. “The government goes to those who show up," he said. "If we don’t show up, the power goes to those who do, who may corrupt the power. We have to show up.”

Me on Fox Chicago local news talking about the campaign finance law decision by the Supreme Court.
The framers of the Constitution established the First Amendment primarily to protect political speech, so the McCutcheon decision was a victory for free speech rights, as the framers intended.
