#BeWise: Science now tells us that we constantly receive insights from head, heart, and gut. How we use these insights says much about our ability to be in partnership with deep-rooted creativity, compassion, and courage. If you’d like to learn more on this topic, read on:
The brain in our head holds the prime function of using analysis and logic, blended with vision, ideation, and imagination. The outcome at its brightest is our highest form of creativity. The brain in our heart holds the prime function of aligning with our core value system, our dreams and desires, as well as connections and relationships with others. The results, when utilized well, bring out our greatest moments of compassion.
Our gut, or enteric brain, is responsible for the prime functions of deep self-identity, motivation, boundary setting, ability to take action, and capacity for courage. When we put these three systems into play, utilizing them to the fullest, we can be our most bold and wise self.

Where we focus, how we focus and what we do, says more than mere words. If you are a coach, a manager, a leader or in a relationship which you value, this quick blog may be just what you needed to read today:

“Research shows the better you identify with your future self, the better your decision-making for the future. It doesn’t take a Delorian to connect with this important person.”
Here are three simple steps to do this:
1 – Live fully in the present. Don’t reach beyond this moment. Enjoy, feel and think as you want all future days and weeks to be.
2 – Work and live the majority of your present state with passion. “Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion” – Simon Sinek
3 – Repeat steps 1 and 2!

Don’t be fooled into believing that your performance as a human being has NOTHING to do with what you eat. Many of us can’t focus, can’t sleep, can’t lose weight and don’t feel comfortable in our own skin because we are actually under-eating (sometimes we do this hand-in-hand with over-training). If you want to be the best version of yourself, if you want to live out an extremely satisfied life, this article might be square one for you to explore toward that end:
