An important but also lacking aspect of programing is structural balance. Every muscle in the body has a specific set of functions it is designed to do based on it's attachment sites. When a muscle is lacking the ability to perform it's function what happens? Other muscles must do a job they are not designed to do. This results in less efficient movement and potential injury.
