Quick reference for protein needs. Now keep in mind, that approximately anything over 25ish grams of ingested protein in a meal will be excreted or stored as fat.

Hey Echo!
Congrats!!!!!! Woohoo!!!! Need to post some photos. Also, would love to join your group. Ok, I have to warn you, I'm pretty blunt, but polite. I have an undergrad and a masters in exercise physiology and have been a trainer for 28 years. All the nutrition tips are based on science - meaning everything that I say can be found in a biology 101/nutrition 101 textbook(s). I dispel a lot of myths and expose a lot of truths (ie carbs do not make you fat......unless you eat HUGE amounts...). I do not and will not put people on diets, but will give healthy eating choices and change of lifestyle advice to last a lifetime. People will argue and fight tooth and toe nail, and I'll direct them to the Krebs cycle and anaerobic glycolysis. Anyway, that's my speil. If that's ok, shoot me an invite, if not, I understand and I'll help you out as much as I can privately. Got early AM clients so off to bed. Nite Echo and congrats again, that's awesome!!!!

What is stress? It is a non-specific response by the body to any demand (stressor). It is integral to our survival as a species as long as the body has the opportunity to recover between stressors to restore itself back to baseline (5).
