So, you think you want to work in Cybersecurity? Not sure which way to go? Not sure if you’re doing all you need to do to be successful?

To help our members who are in the “Pre-Professional” and “Entry” levels of their career, we are introducing a new service to help you sort through what might seem like a maze.

ISSA is hosting Virtual Meet-ups - Our first Virtual Meet-Up will provide you an opportunity to ask questions of our guests on how they got started and what they did to get the skills/knowledge necessary to move their careers forward.

We kick off this offering with an “Ask the Experts,” on Thursday, February 19th from 6:30pm – 7:30pm Eastern Time.  Our guests will be:

• Host: David Dumas, CISSP, CISM, ISSA Distinguished Fellow, New England Chapter, Sr. Network Security Engineer- Security Operations at Verizon.  Dave’s specialty areas are: Network and information security, cyber tabletop exercises, security governance, and security consulting.

• Guest Expert: Randall Frietzsche, CISSP, ISSA Fellow, Kentuckiana Chapter, Regional Information Security Analyst (RISA) Catholic Health Initiatives.  “Fritz” specialty areas are: IT Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Security Operations Management and Security Architecture.
