I have a verified Google + page that I assume was just created from my Places account.  There is also a separate google + page for the same business i created a while ago.  Can I merge the two?

+Tom French No that is not possible, you could share the new page asking your followers to follow it.

This is a great time to be alive for science! Amazing!
A machine capable of deciphering people's thoughts could become a reality thanks to a breakthrough by U.S. neuroscientists.

See +Mitt Romney 's Obamacare blueprint in Mass. for proof of this. While I disagree with the article's credit to Obama for the GM bailout, the point that public service is better preparation for the presidency than cut-throat, rule-bending business running is valid.

What is better public service than delivering babies? +Ron Paul

Dalai Lama originally shared:

When we are angry we are blind to reality. Anger may bring us a temporary burst of energy, but that energy is blind and it blocks the part of our brain that distinguishes right from wrong. To deal with our problems, we need to be practical and realistic. If we are to be realistic, we need to use our human intelligence properly, which means we need a calm mind.

Resharing from +Joshua Roy :
Mitt Romney has pushed for a more socialized form of medicine than Barack Obama has, he's weaker on the border, more cowardly on foreign relations, and until recently, he was pro-choice (do you trust the sincerity of that admonition?). Personally, I think, objectively speaking, Barack Obama is more in line with Neo-Con thinking than Mitt Romney is and between the two of them is a better executive (I just vomited in my mouth). Therefore, any Republican who votes against Barack Obama in favor of Mitt Romney needs to justify their reasoning. Is it just a team mentality, are you Mormon, or do you simply need a Caucasian to represent you so badly that it doesn't matter how big of a piece of shit they are so long as they can blush when they are caught performing one misdeed or another? Personally, I'd rather have four more years of Barack than deal with this guy. At least with him, I know what I'm getting, and he's so divisive that he's decreased the efficiency of congress to historic lows, that's a big win for all of us.
Mitt Romney originally shared:

This campaign is about more than replacing a President. It is about saving the soul of America.

Awesome #Giants video. WARNING: DO not show to #patriots fans, they might not show up on Sunday.

The Giants' defense at least has a chance to contain the Patriot offense. It seems unlikely that the Patriot defense can stop the Giants' passing game.

Went for lunch and got the Gyro platter. Very high quality food, and very tasty. The waitress was very helpful. Definitely will come back.

Charged $160 (cash) to tow my car less than 5 miles. Then quoted me over double for a repair job at their shop. On top of that charged me $100 for the "diagnostics" to tell me my radiator was bad. How long does it take to see the radiator is bad? I have never been charged more than $20 to diagnose anything. Stay away.

Went here on a date night, and loved it. Food was really good, and and a nice ambiance. Cool exposed brick inside and comfortable decorating, with a nice crowd that was lively, but permitting of easy conversation at our table. Would definitely return!

I went here for the first time last Sunday, and was very impressed with this new restaurant. The waitress was very enthusiastic and was able to answer my questions about the specials. I went with the shaved asparagus with gremolata special for an appetizer, which was fresh tasting and delicious. I also tried the meatball appetizer and the grilled vegetables which were both well done and tasty. For my meal I had to try one of the artisan pizzas, and I went with the pancetta pie topped with onions, shaved potatoes and an egg. I can't say enough about how good it was. The dough was just thick enough and very tasty, and the combination of flavors was exquisite. I finished my meal with some of the gelato and I left full and satisfied. Can't wait for my next trip.
