View from Rheinturm onto the Parliament (Landtag of Nordrhein-Westfalen)

The windows of the Rhine Tower outlook platform are tilted outwards and go to the floor, so you have an impressive view down. Here you can see the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia and a part of the Rhine bridge.
