I wouldn't give them a single star. A group of us went to their murder mystery evening and regretted it. It cost 75 dollars, the food sucked, and the acting was extremely amateur. The table servers were all very nice. Took 2 other folks so it cost me 225 dollars for an evening of culinary and intellectual hell. It took them and hour and a half just to start serving the appetizers that were sitting for that long in the kitchen. The only thing they had on the tables for the first hour and a half was very bad bread and a dish of melted butter.. No dipping oil, antipasto, soup, or small items to nibble on.I've had much better 5 dollar meals not 75 dollars. I've been to other Maggiano's and they were not that bad. This place needs a very serious overhaul in management. Stay away...stay very far away!!!!

Came here for a friend's surprise party. Reservation was at 8:00pm, and unfortunately our table wasn't ready. It's fine because we were still waiting for the birthday girl but even by 8:45, we were still waiting for the previous group to leave the restaurant!! The manager was nice enough to sneak us behind the hallway by the private rooms. Food will always get 5 stars. ALWAYS get their signature pasta!!! Leftovers are even good the next day if you cook it right in the tin pan they give you. Service could use major improvement - 3 stars. :( It's really hard to get their attention when there are so many tables/customers. I was realyl disappointed when we asked for a second serving of salmon, waited 30 min and had to ask again for it, then asked when dessert was coming and got the response "sorry you can't be served dessert until the salmon comes out". needless to say, I'm not one who likes to spent 3+ hours at dinner when I don't have to!

The wait is not a problem because it is a busy mall. Sauce was strong like to much tomato paste. Lots of food plus a deal you can bring home a meal. People should try it to see if they like this italian food. Very big place. Sign up online and they will send you coupons.

Went to Maggiano's for an anniversary dinner. There were 15 of us, so they pushed the "family style" menu. You get to choose 2 apps, 2 salads, 4 entrees and 2 desserts (you get a s much quantity as you want). I inquired if we could order 4 distinct apps, since it was a big party. I was told anything beyond the initial 2 apps would be added a la carte (so what would be the point of going family style?). Ever try to get 8 adults and 7 teens to agree on 2 apps? I felt like splitting the party in 2...(you get the picture). So I cannot recommend this for large groups. And for smaller groups, its not worth the expense (unless you can eat A LOT of food). I will say that unlike prior posts, the service was fine, but as far as value, you are better off going to a local Italian, non-chain restaurant.

It was a very salty experience for the second time in a row . I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who likes to eat healthy or anyone who likes home cooking its like an over priced fast food joint. We ordered family style for 4 people and got a medium size plate of spaghetti and one meatball for 4 people, what a laugh! We paid $100.00 for about $25.00 worth of food. You won't see me there again. The first time me and my family went we got pasta and it was so overly salted that we sent it all back and they tried to give us food to take home and we refused it. That's how bad it was. They also scammed us on what was supposed to be a free desert for all of our bad experience, but slipped in another charge on the bill which covered our so called FREE desert. Its a totally corporate money making scam where they care only about profit and nothing about quality for customer service. I also could not believe that I got served a half glass of red wine and they charged me $13 .95, what a scam. They must think there customers are a bunch of idiots. Give our insults to the chef.

Food isn't bad, but only a step up from Olive Garden. It's just very generic and isn't authentic Italian at all. Most of their tomato sauce based dishes taste very manufactured, like they came from a Stouffer's microwave dinner. Stick to the seafood and cream based sauce dishes and you will be fine.

Loved their chicken alfredo. Big portions for a great price.

Overrated - Food was decent, Service was terrible Went here for a family engagement. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. With "family style" there were not enough portions for each person on our table to even try the item that was being brought out. They offered seconds for anything we wanted, but by the time the 2nds came out, we were practically onto the next course or didn't even want it anymore. Some people at our table had to wait longer to eat because there was not enough food for them. There were only 2 - 3 servers for about 50-60 people. I am pretty sure these servers were also involved with another party in the adjacent room, as they were not in there very often. There was also a very long wait in between each dish being served. The drinks are also very overpriced.
