... Ecco, lo abbiamo fatto nella foto, perché non possiamo mettere l’etichetta ai nostri freschi, ma non serve, i nostri tartufi li riconoscono tutti!!

... Here, we have done it in our picture, since we cannot put a label on our fresh truffles, but that it is not necessary, everybody recognizes our truffles!!

Angellozzi’s truffle-cultivation method studied by Croatian Ministry officials visiting Angellozzi’s farm on 4th October 2016 to be replicated and taught in Croatia.

In quei terreni di Vallicella di Roccafluvione, nei quali la bruciatura inibiva le colture agricole in atto, la famiglia Angellozzi comprende la presenza del tartufo e ne inizia la raccolta, inizialmente con i maialini, solo al fine di arricchire di gusto i poveri piatti contadini.

La famiglia Angellozzi nutre profondo rispetto verso il tartufo ed è fortemente legata ad esso, per averla sfamata per cinque generazioni e garantito benessere in seguito.

In those lands of Vallicella, in Roccafluvione, where brûlés inhibited traditional agricultural crops, the Angellozzi family spotted the presence of truffles and started harvesting them, initially with pigs, with the sole purpose of adding taste to poor peasant dishes.

The Angellozzi family has a great deal of respect for truffles and a well-established bond with them: they have fed the family for five generations and ensured economic opportunities later.
