This was the worst I ever had. I was recommended to come here and I gave them a chance. Well I should have just saved my money and time. I went in and paid for the bed set and the mattress about early May. They did advise me that it will be about two weeks for the mattress to come in. So I said OK and I ordered delivery service and they advised there would be a call from them. Well I waited and waited and it was like a month later no call or anything so I had to call them I was advised I'll get a call back well still no call back so by this time it's the middle of June now and I happened to call and asked where is my bedroom set and the lady then advised she will call me back again it took a while for a return call so by this time I said I'm going somewhere else. Because they wanted to play the blame game on delivery and when it was sent so I said well now I'll give someone else a chance so then the manager called and and i gave another chance which was stupid of me and then get to delivery day no call I'm just waiting again it's me reaching out to everyone no one actually reaching out to me as I was going to call to let them know this was it because I have called and called and then comes a knock on the door then the delivery person gave a number of which I have no idea to. I just advised them that I was about to call and cancel because this is ridiculous. I will advise that if you yourself can't get the product that you want that same day or next then don't you will be waiting forever. I have waited two months for a kids bed set because of lack of communication errors .

After spending a good month looking for new bed for my daughter I was about to tell her I couldn't afford the bed she wanted until I walked into Bunks & Beds. 1/2 the price of the big stores and great quality. I also thought Gary was great no pressure or sales people breathing down your neck. Thanks Gary my daughter loves her new bed!!

2 years ago we purchased our sons furniture here. Friendly and knowledgable staff. That, and add the quality of product for the price you won't beat it. We'll be back again shortly for our daughters set up without hesitation.

Rude and dispondent staff. We walked through and we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. None of the seeming related and extremely odd staff did a thing, or said a word to us, or offered any sort of guest service. They all seemed very concerned about anything but the store they were running. I wouldn't buy a thing from these people even if they were selling 10 beds for a dollar. Don't bother going here, kids are in bunks for such a short time- so do yourself a favor and look on Craig's list! This place is a hap-hazardly run joke!

Not very friendly in store. Promised us our bunk bed would be in/available for pick-up within 10 days. We had to call on day 11 to check status. Was told it wasn't in, no apology or explanation offered. My husband called the next day to check status, and he was informed by the owner of the store that they sent an email to the shipment facility and were awaiting further information. Both owners avoided my husband's calls and were unapologetic for the fact that our bed FINALLY arrived 7 days late. We asked for some sort of compensation, to which they refused. Will never shop here again, and hopefully my honest review will keep others from shopping here as well. Update on my review above: One day after I posted my review, my husband received a phone call from the store, informing him that they had seen our review, and wanted to know what they could do to make it right for us. Gary apologized and blamed the freight company, but never once took ownership for the mistakes that his business made. My husband explained to Gary that the end-user should not be penalized for their poor choice of freight companies. Gary's main interest was the removal of this negative review, as negative reviews result in possible loss of future business. Gary offered my husband $50 to make this post go away, to which we respectfully declined. $50 was less than 10% of our total purchase. Sales tax alone is 5.1%. Hence, 10% was an insulting offer. It's unfortunate that it took a negative review online for this business to offer a resolution to its customers, when we initially asked for some sort of compensation due to their poor service to which they declined. Very friendly and helpful we picked up our set and when we got home realized it was the wrong color. We called and instead of making us come back they delivered to us! Definitely will go back!

We have purchased furniture here multiple times over the years and have always had great service. Quality is great and furniture is the same as you find at places like Colders only at a fraction of the cost. We even bought our king size bookcase bedroom set here that has held up wonderfully for our bedroom so it is not only kids furniture! We will always go here first when in need.

purchased my daughter a bed from here and it was really nice plus half the price of the exact same one at colders they delivered it for me and set it up I'm very satisfied
